Roomies Suites

Terrible experience!!!! My wife and I have been traveling around Asia for almost two months, starting from China, Vietnam and for a few days in Malaysia, this structure was the worst!!!! Check in, scheduled from 2 to 6 pm, we arrived at 4:30 pm but there was no one to welcome us, I wrote three emails, called the owner with no response!!! I contacted Trip assistance, very kind and efficient to try to solve the problem.... but nothing, they didn't answer them either, we are outside waiting without knowing what to do, when we would enter and if we would enter!!! Among other things, sitting outside with 34 degrees!!! Finally at 6 pm a member of staff arrives and opens the door for us, apologizes and we finally check in, I ask for breakfast and he tells me that it will be served from 8 am, but in the morning there was no one, I waited until 9, writing emails, messages on WhatsApp, called but no response, in fact on the phone he refused my call!!! My wife and I furious!!! In the evening there was a lady in the facility who apologized for a mix-up with the staff (it being Ramadan) and assured me that the next day they would serve us a double breakfast!! The next day the "double" breakfast was two slices of sandwich bread with a thin layer of jam, the employee told us that if we wanted coffee or tea we could go and get it from the machine! Highly not recommended!!!

The location of this mini-hotel in a half-abandoned shopping center is scary at first, but inside everything is very decent: spacious, clean, modern design, good Internet. The window really looks out onto a common balcony, but you can have breakfast outside and coffee and tea are free around the clock. The Spartan breakfast included in the price consisted of Nasi Lemak - this is Malaysia. baby)
